On order of the Court, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in Keiser v Chrysler Corp (COA No. 73633, unpublished per curiam of December 10, 1984) and the application for leave to appeal are considered. Leave to appeal is DENIED, and the Court respectfully declines to order further consideration of the question. The Court of Appeals conflict no longer exists. See Keiser v Chrysler Corp (On Remand) (COA No. 90556, unpublished per curiam of March 11, 1986), lv den Mich (1986). The motion for peremptory dismissal of the application for leave to appeal or for leave to file supplemental brief is thereby rendered moot, and it is DENIED.
